Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (SMC) Ceiling Panels have been developed for use in a wide variety of commercial applications and are designed to offer maximum sanitation protection. Some common applications for FRP are bathrooms, breakrooms, kitchens, food-processing areas, storage rooms, and other areas where sanitation is a requirement.

CYS FRP Ceiling Panels are manufactured from a special type of high strength polyester resin combined with fiberglass reinforcement resulting in superior quality and durability panels. FRP ceiling panels provide a resin rich surface that are tough, strong, and easy to clean.

Advantages for using FRP panels:

1.Better strength and stiffness : 30% -50% higher thanorganic glass  , about 20% higher than aluminium alloy 
2.Better temperature resistance : FRP panels is of anti-ageing and anti corrosion , which is aluminium and PMAA not analogous . 
3.Better durability : the life-long of FRP panel with gelcoat on surface is over 30 years . 
4.Cost advantages : owing to the excellent gelcoat surface , it is no need to spray paint , it can be used directly , as a result,  the cost is more competitive .

 5.Replacing PMMA : with gelcoat on surface or integer tinted translucent panel is the ideal substitute for PMMA

 6.Replacing aluminium steel panels: colored gelcoat FRP panels are the ideal substitutes for steel aluminium signboards .
